Service Standards for Issuance of Business Identification Number (NIB) in the OSS System

NIB Issuance Service Standards in the OSS System

1. Requirements:

  • Service users have submitted an application and fulfilled the requirements at www.oss.go.id.
  • Basic requirements that must be met include conformity of spatial utilization activities and environmental approval.

2. System, Mechanism, and Procedure:

  • Service users register and fill in the business data form on the www.oss.go.id website.
  • After meeting the basic requirements related to spatial utilization conformity and environmental approval, the OSS system will automatically issue the Business Identification Number (NIB).
  • For business actors with disabilities, special facilitation services and assistance will be provided.

3. Service Timeframe:

  • The NIB will be issued automatically once all basic requirements are fulfilled

4. Fees/Charges:

  • No fees charged.

5. Service Output:

  • Issuance of the Business Identification Number (NIB) through the OSS System.

6. Handling of Complaints, Suggestions, and Feedback:

  • Complaints related to services may be submitted through various channels including complaint officers, written letters, complaint boxes, Call Center 169, email, or the LAPOR portal.
  • Complaints that can be resolved immediately will be handled at once, while those requiring further review will undergo additional processing.
