PKKPR Verification Standards Article 181 of Government Regulation No. 5/2021

Service Standards for Verification of PKKPR (Approval of Conformity of Spatial Utilization Activities) Article 181 of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021

1. Requirements:

  • Business actors must have an account in the OSS system and fill in business data such as KBLI, type of product/service, business capital, business location, business/activity name, and other relevant information.

2. System, Mechanism, and Procedure:

  • Submission is made through the OSS system, which will validate the business data entered.
  • PKKPR validation under the criteria of Article 181 of Government Regulation 5/2021 applies to Non-MSE (Non-Micro & Small Enterprise) businesses located in regencies/cities that do not yet have RDTR integrated into the OSS system.
  • The conditions under Article 181 include business expansion locations, locations on land already controlled by another business actor with the same spatial conformity, or business activities in designated oil and gas areas determined by the government.
  • Supporting documents must match the conditions selected by the business actor.
  • Verifiers will assess the conformity of the documents; if valid, PKKPR Article 181 will be approved and issued by the system.

3. Service Timeframe:

  • 5 working days.

4. Fees:

  • No fees charged.

5. Service Output:

  • Approval of Conformity of Spatial Utilization Activities (PKKPR).

6. Handling of Complaints, Suggestions, and Feedback:

  • Complaints may be submitted through various channels, including complaint officers, written letters, suggestion boxes, call center, email, or the LAPOR platform. Complaints requiring further review will be resolved through field inspections or coordination meetings.
