2024 Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) Survey Results

The Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM, through the Directorate of Business Licensing Systems, has conducted the 2024 Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) Survey. The survey results show an IKM score of 3.30 out of a 4.00 scale, categorized as Good.
This achievement reflects our commitment to providing services that are increasingly fast, transparent, and high-quality for business actors. The service element with the highest score is Fees/Charges, which received 3.97, categorized as Very Good.
Even so, we continue to improve other aspects, such as clarity of requirements, procedures, processing time, and complaint handling.
